There are Hairline cracks on the side walls when pressure is applied. These could be glued if you wanted to do that yourself. See photos for closeup.
2 Top Railings have been glued in the corners but attaches perfectly and cannot be seen.
The Chairs have been glued where the legs meet the seat. One of chairs may need to be reglued time to time
The Makeup desk has some discoloration from age.
The Sofa has minor wear which can be seen in the close up photos.
The entire house will ship disassembled but is easy to put together.
