Vintage Mickey Mouse Beach Lounge Chair Wooden Frame

maybe out of the 70s-80s? 3 adjustable positions- collapsable to lay flat -wood has some paint loss over time/ i dont think this piece has seen much use. canvas fabric is in very very good condition with only the smallest of tear wear mark at the very top rail fastening area on back side upper. not noticeable from view from front. stitching is all intact and it too seems very solid with no apparent wear.  colors are very strong with just a little loss of black on his right ear."see picture". survival rate of these types of items is pretty slim
