If you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Department within 48 hours
of delivery and we will file a UPS damage claim for you. UPS will then come to your location the next business day and pick up the damaged item(s) from you. A new replacement will be shipped immediately after we receive the damaged items from UPS, usually within 3-5 business days.

If a delivery confirmation states that your item was delivered, but you have not received the package, contact our Customer Service Department and we will file a UPS Lost Package Claim. UPS will then start a tracer on the package. A new replacement will be shipped after the claim is finished (usually within 3-5 business days).

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be glad to process a return for exchange, replacement, or refund. We will pay for the return shipping cost within 60 days of your purchase. All returns require an RMA# which can be received from our Customer Service Department only.
