A: No Box Spring Needed, You could add a box spring to add height, but it is not necessary because it is 14inch high. However it is not needed because of the metal slots.

We will send you an email notification about the pickup details and pickup invoice in 36 hours in business day after your payment is cleared. Please bring this pick up invoice and your ID at the appointment time.
Our warehouse needs time to prepare your order. It is very important please call our warehouse 24 hours in advance to make sure your order is ready. Reminding: Warehouse is unable to receive any type of payment.
Return The item comes with a 30-Day Refund Return Policy and must be unused and in its original packaging. After this 30-days window, we will provide parts, replacement or repair service.

If the listing price is free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping fee from total refund amount.

Seller will pay the return postage for non-faulty item.
