Condition This is a new open-box item that is still in its original packaging.  Includes 2 brackets, mounting hardware, and instructions.  The box is a little beat up from handling, but it does not affect the contents. Shipping Policy: I don’t ship items outside the continental US or to PO boxes. Listings with free shipping will be shipped by cheapest or most convenient means available regardless of the carrier offered at checkout.  I ship my items within one business day of payment but I live in a remote area with a satellite post office that does not have automation so tracking may not be visible until the day after I post it. Return and Cancellation Policy: I have a 30-day refund policy with free returns. Any item returned must be in the same condition that it was received in order to receive a full refund. Refund may be prorated or voided if you have used or damaged the item in any way. I ask that you contact me directly first to notify me of your intent to return the item. All Items must be returned with all original contents and components I do not sell to package forwarding services or any other entities that are not the actual buyer or end user of the item. If I suspect that the buyer is a third party or the address appears suspicious, I will cancel the order and refund the purchase price.
