Shipping
1. We have 3 warehouses located in CA, IL and NY, and the item will be shipped from one of them, and only to Pricetronic ADDRESS. Package handling only takes 1 business day at our warehouse, so please make sure entering correct payment and shipping information before checking out. Once your payment is completed, pls inform us by Email or leave Pricetronic note if the changes are needed before we send the product.
2. It is beyond our ability to change the address after we ship your item.
3. Orders placed at weekend will be shipped within 2 days.
4. USPS: 3-9 business days. | UPS: 2-6 business days. | FedEx: 2-6 business days.
5. We only ship to the 48 states, and we do not ship to FPO or APO addresses.
Terms of sales
1. If the parcel is delivered by UPS, pls open the package and check the item before you sign. And if the item has problem and u don't want to keep it, pls deny the parcel directly and contact us.
2. If u encounter some problems about the item, don’t worry. Most of the issues may be resolved by supplying replacement parts or alternative. And pls ensure to send us at least two images as proof: one is the packing and the other is the damaged unit.
3. If the product is damaged or doesn't work. Please contact us within 5 days and return it to us within 30 days since the delivery date.
4. If you need return, please check twice to confirm the item can't work and contact our customer service representative to let us know the specific problem and send us some pictures for confirmation. Then u can get a unique address for return.
5. If you purchased in improper condition, the shipping and handling fee will not be refund, all return shipping fee should paid by the buyer.
